ByteCatcher is an FTP client that lets you stop downloading a file at any time and then continue downloading it later--without losing any data. It will even detect a disconnection from the Internet and automatically reconnect after waiting a certain amount of time, then continue downloading without user intervention. With ByteCatcher you can hang up and reconnect at your leisure without losing previously downloaded data. ByteCatcher can automatically resume uploads as well as downloads and includes an address book and a time setting for users who have ISPs that set a maximum time per connection. ByteCatcher will also shut down your computer after your download is complete. Version 1.04 has a new remote file interface that can be used to view files in simple or advanced view.
